The 1995 Ballon d’Or winner was in fantastic form while he played for AC Milan but was only able to play in two Africa Cup of Nations missing out on the FIFA World Cup. He is serving as the president of Liberia, in office since 2018. Prior to his election to the presidency, Weah served as Senator from Montserrado County.

The former Manchester United player is one of the best players that never played at the FIFA World Cup. He was left out of the 1994 and 1998 World Cup despite his amazing form for the Red Devils.

Alfredo Di Stefano – ( Argentina )

He is one of the best players that ever played the beautiful game of football. He is the player who has had the biggest impact on the history of football. He arrived at Real Madrid in 1953 and completely changed the club. However, he never played at the FIFA World Cup.

Ian Rush – ( Wales )

Ian Rush

The Liverpool legend is one of the best player that missed out of the FIFA World Cup. He played for Liverpool from 1980–1987 and 1988–1996. He is the club’s all-time leading goalscorer, having scored a total of 346 goals in all competitions at the club
