Chelsea Take Final Decision on the Future of Callum Hodson-Odoi

Chelsea Football Club have taken a final decision on the future of its first-team player, Callum Hodson-Odoi.

The future of the English player has been in doubt at Stamford Bridge following his inability to break into the team. Transfer News expert, Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Odoi will fly to Germany to complete his loan move to the Bundesliga side, Bayer Leverkusen.

The player who came into the ranks from the Chelsea academy with the likes of Reuben Loftus-cheek has been under scrutiny by supporters of the club. Odoi has scored just four goals in the four Premier League seasons he has stayed at the club.

There is no option to buy the player in the deal, which means Odoi will be back at the Stamford Bridge at the end of this season ( 2022/23).
