Paris Saint-Germain’s forward player, Lionel Messi has been in fantastic form for both club and country since the start of this season in the Ligue 1.

The Argentine scored a brace in two of the friendly games against Honduras and Jamaica which were played in the last International window. Those goals took Messi’s goal-scoring record for both club and country this season to 20 goals and 20 assists.

Messi has scored 10 games in six games for the Argentine national team. The victory against Jamaica took Argentina’s unbeaten run to 35 games which is just two games behind the Italians whose unbeaten run ended on 37 games.

He scored five goals against Ecuador and a goal against Venezuela taking his goal tally to 10 goals for Argentina in 2022.
