Apple Music has confirmed the end of the year charts and has revealed the most streamed song in every country and globally. The global digital streaming giant Apple Music on their platform, announced the most streamed song in Nigeria for the year 2022.

The chart, which consists of the top 100 most streamed songs in Nigeria, saw Asake top the chart with his hit song 'Sungba', which was off his debut Extended Playlist (EP) titled 'Ololade Asake.'

This was the debut project from the singer as he was unveiled and confirmed as a YBNL artist in 2022 with this project. Burna Boy's 'Last Last' held the second position, with Asake also holding the 3rd, 4th and 5th positions with the songs 'Peace Be Unto You,' 'Omo Ope feat. Olamide and 'Bandana with Fireboy DML.'

This is a huge deal for Asake, who just had his debut in 2022, and fans will be looking for more to come in the year 2023.
