OFFICIAL: Chelsea Give an Update on Reece James' Injury

Chelsea Football Club have given an official update on the injury situation of its first-choice right back, Reece James.

JORGINHO REPORTEDLY SET TO JOIN ANOTHER PREMIER LEAGUE CLUB

The Blues released an official statement on its website less than 24 hours after the Englishman was substituted in the Premier League game against Bournemouth. According to the statement, James will be out of action for at least a month, he should be fit when Chelsea play Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League.

Reece James underwent assessment earlier today, scan results confirmed a setback with Reece set to be ruled out for up to a month.

The defender missed out on the World Cup after he picked up an injury in the Champions League game against AC Milan. Chelsea supporters have called out the medical team of the club following the injuries to at least half of its first-team players.

James also released an emotional message to Chelsea supporters on his official social media accounts. He thanked them for their constant support throughout the year 2022.
