Chelsea confirm list of injured players ahead of the game against Wimbledon

Chelsea Football Club has released the names of players who will not be available for the Carabao Cup game against Wimbledon.

Chelsea gave an update to its supporters concerning the players that were injured heading into the game. According to the club, all injured players from the league game against Luton Town are still not available.

Mauricio Pochettino spoke about the current injury crisis at the club ahead of the game against Luton. According to him, the injury has nothing to do with training or not training.

"How can you control? It's not about training/not training, not training enough, it's football. It's difficult to talk in general. We cannot explain in general: bad luck, bad methodology. In some points, it's bad luck, for sure."

Benoit Badiashile - at the end stages of his rehabilitation programme

Marcus Bettinelli - continuing to undergo his rehabilitation programme

Armando Broja - at the end stages of his rehabilitation programme

Trevoh Chalobah - continuing to undergo his rehabilitation programme

Wesley Fofana - continuing with the early rehabilitation stages following surgery.

Mykhailo Mudryk- continuing to undergo his rehabilitation programme.

Carney Chukwuemeka - recovering well post-surgery and starting rehabilitation.

Christopher Nkunku: continuing to undergo his rehabilitation programme.
